Badfish with special guest The Ries Brothers event photo

Badfish with special guest The Ries Brothers

Wednesday June 19th

Badfish: A Tribute to Sublime- The phenomenon is known as Sublime, arguably the most energetic, original, and uniquely eclectic band to emerge from any scene, anywhere, ended with the untimely death of lead singer, guitarist, and songwriter Brad Nowell in May of 1996. But encompassing the sense of place and purpose long associated with Sublime’s music, Badfish, a Tribute to Sublime continues to channel the spirit of Sublime with a fury not felt for some time. What separates Badfish from other tribute bands is that they have replicated Sublime’s essence, developing a scene and dedicated following most commonly reserved for label-driven, mainstream acts. Badfish make their mark on the audience by playing with the spirit of Sublime. They perform not as Sublime would have, or did, but as Badfish does!

The Ries Brothers are a musical duo from Tampa, Florida, who blend rock, blues, funk, and reggae. Older brother, Charlie, sings lead vocals while playing drums and keyboard bass. Younger brother, Kevin Jordan, plays guitar, provides background vocals, and co-writes many of their songs

Andy Wood and Seth Rosenbloom event photo

Andy Wood and Seth Rosenbloom

Thursday June 20th

Andy Wood is recognized as part of the forefront of this generation’s top influential guitarists. Currently touring as a solo guitarist and mandolinist along with working on a host of additional musical projects, Andy is also performing live with his band promoting CAUGHT BETWEEN THE TRUTH AND A LIE, the double album that showcases his vast musical influences and abilities. Andy also is the former guitarist of Rascal Flatts. Critics have affirmed the fact that Seth knows of what he speaks. Rock & Blues Muse proclaimed, “The future of blues is in very capable hands.” Living Blues Magazine echoed those sentiments by declaring, “Rosenbloom’s ready to assume the mantle of a true electric blues champion,” Blues Blast Magazine concurred, saying, “Seth Rosenbloom is a guitar player’s guitar player. His ceiling is unlimited.” It’s little wonder that the pundits were so enthused. The promise was evident early with the release of his debut self-titled EP and grew even stronger when his first full-length album, Keep On Turning, climbed to the top of the charts upon its release in 2019. Don't miss this electrifying show on June 20th!

Drivin' N' Cryin' event photo

Drivin' N' Cryin'

Sunday June 23rd

In 1985 Drivin’ N’ Cryin’ played their first show at Atlanta’s famed 688 Club. The band quickly gained attention for blistering live shows and amassed a rabid fanbase in the fertile soil of the late-80s Southeast music scene. Now 30+ years later, founding members Kevn Kinney and Tim Nielsen find themselves enjoying longevity, having survived the pressures of fame, a shifting musical landscape, multiple lineup changes, traveling miles of back roads and highways to arrive here.

Trey Lewis event photo

Trey Lewis

Saturday June 29th

With a pair of homegrown hits behind him and plenty more in the tank, River House Artists/Sony Music Publishing singer-songwriter Trey Lewis has emerged as the straight-talking, salt-of-the-earth hero country fans crave. A Birmingham, Alabama, native known for breaking country’s unspoken rules, he’s spent 12 years on the road perfecting a gritty mix of contemporary country and Southern rock – and turning his call-it-like-I-see it attitude into song. After the breakout smash, “Dicked Down In Dallas,” went viral in 2020, Lewis’ cheating anthem with a modern punch has turned into an organic Number One on iTunes, garnering more than 100 million streams and making Lewis a nationwide force in the process. He followed up with another self-styled iTunes Number One in 2022 – the back-in-the-saddle anthem, “Single Again” – and has continued building a reputation fusing country horsepower with refreshing honesty and a troubadour’s wit ever since. But that reputation now broadens, as a bigger picture comes into view. Set for release in 2023, the perennial underdog and relentless road warrior will showcase his true character and full artistry on Troublemaker, adding a hard-earned sense of compassion to his full-length Nashville debut. The fittingly titled set will feature 15 new songs and Lewis’ patented mix of intensity and sincerity, proving the world could use a few more troublemakers like him.

Kendall Street Company event photo

Kendall Street Company

Friday July 5th

Virginia's Kendall Street Company is no stranger to having a wild time. The genre-fluid, eclectic rock ensemble has drawn varied comparisons to the dynamic jams of Umphrey's McGee and Widespread Panic, the songwriting of John Prine, the experimental psychedelia of Pink Floyd, a progressive jazz-infused rock of Frank Zappa, and the off-color humor of Ween and They Might Be Giants. Including elements of crowd participation, off-the-cuff comedic bits, haphazard choreography, musical improvisation, and surprise musical guests, each Kendall Street Company concert is an experience unlike any other. You'll laugh, you'll cry. Just remember to stay hydrated.

Doors at 6:00 pm!

Papadosio event photo

Saturday July 6th

Deftly navigating the confluence of prog rock, livetronica, jazz, & jam, Papadosio’s appeal as a crossover act has amassed a rabid fan base across North America. Thanks to a steady stream of innovative albums, they’ve seen a decade and a half of consistent touring with hundreds of live recordings at the fingertips of every follower. Their allure led to co-presenting massive events such as Resonance, Secret Dreams, Summer SEEquence, and Subterranea Festival, plus headline plays at the legendary Red Rocks Amphitheatre.

From their humble Midwest origins, Papadosio's grassroots operation has grown to overflowing clubs and theaters nationwide, cementing their reputation as a must-see act. Now based in Asheville, NC, the dynamic five-piece features rhythm expert Mike Healy on drums, low-end luminary Rob McConnell on bass, multi-instrumentalist brothers Sam & Billy Brouse on keyboard/vocals, and sage producer Anthony Thogmartin on guitar/vocals. Papadosio offers one-of-a-kind experiences to each attendee, with more than 150 shows per year over the past decade. In the band’s 16-year history, no one has heard a song—let alone a set—played the same way twice.

Doors at 6:00 pm.

Town Mountain with John R Miller event photo

Town Mountain with John R Miller

Wednesday July 10th

Raw, soulful, and with plenty of swagger, Town Mountain has earned raves for their hard-driving sound, their in-house songwriting, and the honky-tonk edge that permeates their exhilarating live performances, whether in a packed club or at a sold-out festival. The hearty base of Town Mountain's music is the first and second generation of bluegrass spiced with country, old-school rock ‘n’ roll, and boogie-woogie. It's what else goes into the mix that brings it all to life both on stage and on record and reflects the group's wide-ranging influences – from the Grateful Dead's Jerry Garcia and the ethereal lyrics of Robert Hunter to the honest, vintage country of Willie, Waylon, and Merle. John R Miller is a true hyphenate artist: singer-songwriter-picker. Every song on his thrilling debut solo album, Depreciated, is lush with intricate wordplay and haunting imagery and backed by a band that is on fire. One of his biggest long-time fans is roots music favorite Tyler Childers, who says he's "a well-traveled wordsmith mapping out the world he's seen, three chords at a time." Miller somehow can transport us to a shadowy honkytonk and get existential all in the same line with his tightly written compositions.

Ballyhoo! & Bumpin Uglies with Joe Samba event photo

Ballyhoo! & Bumpin Uglies with Joe Samba

Thursday July 11th

Rock out with us July 19!

Through 25 years and eight independent albums, the last four on their Right Coast Records, Ballyhoo! have earned the exclamation point that marks their name. Starting in the basement of their mom’s Aberdeen, MD, home, rocking out on guitar and drums respectively, practicing every day, brothers Howi and Donald Spangler formed the proto-punk band in the mold of Green Day and Nirvana, with an eye towards the emerging ska genre led by Gold Finger, Sublime, 311, and No Doubt. The group’s eighth and most recent studio album, the breezy, ska-fueled, hook-filled Message to the World, on their own Right Coast Records, finds the self-declared “beach-rockers,” having grown up in public, accepting the responsibilities of adulthood while still hanging on to their dreams of world domination. Stylistically, their music ranges from the hard-edged punk of 2018’s Detonate, which captured the feelings of anger and depression from dealing with personal loss and the exhaustion generated by over a decade on the road to the island reggae beats of the follow-up, Message to the World. Since the early 2000s, Bumpin Uglies have been carving their path; channeling their tenacious and relentless attitude to their meticulous craft. Rejecting conventional norms, Bumpin Uglies has established a distinctive sound that is a perfect reflection of their Mid-Atlantic roots-gritty, down-to-earth, and bursting with charisma. With a genre-defying approach that seamlessly fuses punk energy with ska's infectious grooves and reggae's laid-back rhythms, Bumpin Uglies creates a musical experience that captivates audiences far and wide. Their live performances are legendary, infusing the crowd with an electrifying energy that leaves no one untouched.

Guitar slung low, microphone turned up, and emotion overflowing, Joe Samba taps into rock 'n' roll spirit and reggae soul all at once. The Massachusetts-born singer, songwriter, and guitarist sonically teeters on an axis of island-inflected grooves and gritty guitar-craft balanced by his dynamic vocals.

G. Love and Special Sauce ft Mihali event photo

G. Love and Special Sauce ft Mihali

Sunday July 14th

Tickets on sale here:

"I've been in the game a long time, but I've always considered myself a student," says G. Love. "Finishing this album with Keb Mo' felt like graduation." Recorded in Nashville with a slew of special guests including Robert Randolph, Marcus King, and Roosevelt Collier, 'The Juice' is indeed diploma-worthy. Co-produced and co-written with GRAMMY-winning icon Keb Mo,' it's an electrifying collection, one that tips its cap to more than a century of blues greats even as it offers its own distinctly modern pop spin on the genre, mixing programmed beats and hip-hop grooves with blistering guitar and sacred steel. G. Love's lyrics are both personal and political here, artfully balancing his appreciation for the simple joys in life with his obligation to speak out for justice and equality, and his performances are suitably riotous and rousing to match, with infectious call-and-response hooks and funky sing-along choruses at every turn. Easy as it is to succumb to cynicism these days, the songs on 'The Juice' refuse, insisting instead on hope and determination in the face of doubt and despair. "I've always tried to make music that's a force for positivity," G. Love explains. "It was important to me that this album be something that could empower the folks who are out there fighting the good fight every day. I wanted to make a rallying cry for empathy and unity." Born Garrett Dutton in Philadelphia, PA, G. Love grew up equally enthralled with folk, blues, and rap, devouring everything from Lead Belly and Run D.M.C. to John Hammond and the Beastie Boys. After migrating to Boston, he and his band, Special Sauce, broke out in 1994 with their Gold-selling self-titled debut, which earned widespread critical acclaim for its bold vision and adventurous production. Over the next twenty-five years, G. Love would go on to release seven more similarly lauded studio studios albums with Special Sauce (plus four solo albums on his own), solidifying his place in music history as a genre-bending pioneer with a sound The New York Times described as "a new and urgent hybrid" and NPR called a "musical melting pot." G. Love's magnetic stage presence, meanwhile, made him a fixture on festival lineups from Bonnaroo to Lollapalooza, and his relentless appetite for tour and collaboration landed him on the road and in the studio with artists as diverse as Lucinda Williams, Dave Matthews, The Avett Brothers, Jack Johnson, and DJ Logic. For Mihali, music behaves much like a living being. It grows, matures, and changes with a sentient consciousness and whims of its own. The Vermont-based solo singer, songwriter, guitarist, artist, and Twiddle co-founder follows reggae’s evolutionary ebb and flow, existing in a perpetual state of inspiration and creation, and remaining committed to sonic evolution. Exuding a balanced mix of rich influence, Mihali’s music entwines reggae spirit, fluid soundscape architecture, and invigorating mantras meant to be chanted aloud in a packed venue. Following years of fan demand, Mihali served up his solo debut, Breathe and Let Go, in 2020. It boasted collaborations with Citizen Cope, Matisyahu, G. Love & Special Sauce, and Trevor Hall, and instantly reacted with audiences, gathering millions of streams. In addition to glowing reviews from JamBase and Live For Live Music, Grateful Web exclaimed, “Mihali’s musical talent is special.” July 14, 2024. 6:00 pm doors!

The Heavy Heavy with The Thing event photo

The Heavy Heavy with The Thing

Wednesday July 31st

The Heavy Heavy creates the unfettered rock-and-roll that warps time and place, immediately pulling the audience into a euphoric fugue state with its sun-soaked atmosphere. Led by lifelong musicians Will Turner and Georgie Fuller, the Brighton, UK-based band began with a shared ambition of “making records that sound like our favorite records ever,” and soon arrived at a reverb-drenched collision of psychedelia and blues, acid rock, and sunshine pop. As revealed on their gloriously hazy debut EP Life and Life Only, The Heavy Heavy breathes an incandescent new energy into sounds from decades ago, transcending eras with a hypnotic ease. In dreaming up Life and Life Only, The Heavy Heavy tapped into many of the musical touchstones that Turner describes as “deeply entrenched in our psyche”: Peter Green-era Fleetwood Mac, the Rolling Stones, British Invasion pop acts like the Hollies, folk-blues duo Delaney & Bonnie, to name just a few. Don’t miss out on this incredible show! Doors at 6 pm!

Shot Thru the Heart & Shoot To Thrill- Bon Jovi & AC/DC Tribute event photo

Shot Thru the Heart & Shoot To Thrill- Bon Jovi & AC/DC Tribute

Friday August 9th

Don't miss out on this Double Tribute concert for Bonjovi and ACDC at Bowstring Wilmington! Shot Thru the Heart (STTH) is a professional tribute band that pays homage to the music and showmanship of Bon Jovi, one of the greatest rock bands to ever take the stage. STTH provides a high-energy concert experience, playing only the greatest hits and staying true to the original recordings. STTH is the real deal! The music and vocals are live with meticulous attention to detail that clearly sets STTH apart from the competition. Each member of Shot Thru the Heart is a seasoned, professional musician and entertainer. The energy emitted from the stage is contagious and reminiscent of the great arena rock concerts of the 80s. Each member of STTH grew up on the rock music of the 80s greatest bands including Van Halen, Ratt, Poison, Mötley Crüe, Def Leppard and the Scorpions. However, all members of STTH have a very special love and respect for the music of Bon Jovi. Love for the music of Bon Jovi bleeds through every note played and sung. The nostalgia effect is real! Shoot To Thrill includes Kara (vocals), Susan (guitar), Jai (bass), Wendy (guitar) and Kate (drums). Not only are the girls professional musicians with impeccable skills, they are also quite easy on the eyes and full of energy for an entertaining stage show! The girls decided on AC/DC in particular, because the band's songs are a marriage of compelling music and creative story-telling. The guitar work is intricate yet not overplayed, while the rhythms are driving and dynamic. The silence is as important as the noise, and the lyrics are relatable and captivating. You just HAVE to sing along....or air-guitar….or BOTH! The girls decided to do a full tribute rather than a cover band, because a tribute is much more challenging. You play many songs by the same artist and really reach inside that artist copying not only their playing style but also their signature stage moves. It's really quite an art and very rewarding when you make it all come together. Shoot To Thrill is based out of Raleigh, NC, and tours all along the East Coast. The girls look forward to meeting you and rocking you into an unbelievable frenzy of good times! Doors at 6:00 pm!

Zoso The Ultimate Led Zeppelin Experience event photo

Zoso The Ultimate Led Zeppelin Experience

Sunday August 11th

ZOSO Celebrates 28 Years as America’s Premier Led Zeppelin Tribute Band Over the 28 years and over 4500 shows since ZOSO came together as a group in the mid-‘90s, the seemingly tireless quartet has continued to earn its well-deserved reputation as being, in the words of The L.A. Times, “head and shoulders above all other Led Zeppelin tributes.” ZOSO doesn’t cut corners on either the look or sound of Led Zeppelin. Instead, the band draws liberally and meticulously from Led Zeppelin’s recorded live and studio output to present a vivid performance picture of the classic live Zeppelin of 1968-1977. No wonder the St. Petersburg Times noted that, in addition to their virtuosity and spot-on visual presentation, ZOSO is also “the most exacting of all the Led Zeppelin tributes.” The Chicago Sun-Times put it even more succinctly: “ZOSO is the closest to the original of any Led Zeppelin tribute.

Leftover Salmon event photo

Leftover Salmon

Wednesday October 9th

Tickets on sale now:

Few bands stick around for thirty years. Even fewer bands leave a legacy during that time that marks them as an exceptional, once-in-lifetime type band. And no band has done all that and had as much fun as Leftover Salmon. From their earliest days as a forward-thinking, progressive bluegrass band who had the guts to add drums to the mix and who was unafraid to stir in any number of highly combustible styles into their ever-evolving sound, to their role as a pioneer of the modern jam band scene, to their current status as elder-statesmen of the scene who cast a huge influential shadow over every festival they play, Leftover Salmon has been a crucial link in keeping alive the traditional music of the past while at the same time pushing that sound forward with their own weirdly, unique style. In their fourth decade as a band, Leftover Salmon is showing no signs of slowing down, continuing to create new music in the studio, including the most recent release Brand New Good Old Days (Compass Records 2021) The latest album shows that Leftover Salmon is still proving it possible to recreate themselves without changing who they are.

With their intelligent light show and experimental stage setup, PGroove continues to create a cultivated, unique experience for each live show. Since their inception, the band has toured the U.S., and performed in Japan and Amsterdam, and Jam Cruise. In 2013, PGroove went on 2-year hiatus but caught everyone by surprise in 2015 when they returned to the stage. In 2019, they released a new recording, the eponymous Perpetual Groove, delighting fans with a new sound by the reinvigorated group. PGroove's latest release, “C’mon. Covers?” EP was recorded at Chase Park Transduction (R.E.M, Drive-By Truckers, Bettye Lavette) in Athens and included songs by Peter Gabriel, The Cars, The Go-Go's, and Johnny Cash.
